Employee Assistance Program

Overview

Sometimes you need a little help navigating life — and your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help.

Through SISC, every employee of a participating RESIG member district has access to EAP services through Anthem Blue Cross — regardless of full-time or part-time status and regardless of whether the employee is enrolled in RESIG/SISC health coverage. The benefit also extends beyond the employee. Any adult aged 18 or older who lives in the employee’s household is eligible for EAP services, regardless of their relationship to the employee.

More Than Counseling

EAP isn’t only for times of crisis. It’s a confidential resource for everyday life, offering professional support and practical assistance when you need help, guidance, or simply aren’t sure where to start.

Services and resources include:

Counseling & Emotional Wellbeing – Support for stress, anxiety, relationships, grief, family concerns, and other personal challenges
Work/Life Services – Resources to help navigate everyday responsibilities, caregiving, and life events
Financial Services – Guidance and resources for financial questions and concerns
Legal Services – Access to legal information, resources, and assistance
Identity Monitoring & Recovery – Resources to help protect your identity and assistance if identity theft occurs

Who Can Use the EAP?

EAP services are available to:

All employees of participating RESIG member districts
Full-time and part-time employees
Employees who are not enrolled in RESIG/SISC medical coverage
Any adult age 18 or older living in the employee’s household, regardless of their relationship to the employee
